Alright so Snipers have known for decades that range is one of the most critical factors that keep them safe and make it much tougher for the enemy to evade your fire (if they have no idea where you are, they don’t know where to hide). Enter the Desert Arms Stealth Recon Scout. Any decent rifle can give you serious firepower and accuracy at crazy long range, but the Stealth Recon Scout is a compact sniper weapon system allowing you to carry and deploy it much easier when you need to stay agile. The idea behind the SRS is a compact highly flexible weapon system with the ability to shoot several calibers, allowing the shooter to choose the right round for the job quickly and easily. The bull pup configuration keeps this beast a full foot shorter than most sniper rifles, which in conventional warfare will allow a sniper to move around with other combat units without attracting any additional attention until they’re ready to bring the fire. So maybe zombies don’t notice or care, but you’ll appreciate it when you’re lugging it through all types of terrains in any makeshift vehicles you may be hot wiring.

The Complete Assembly comes with everything you need to convert your AR-15/M4 and M-16 family rifles/carbines to a collapsable duostock. Designed for entry work and room clearing to allow fast target acquisition on the move, it increases your accuracy and gives you a stable shooting platform, keeping you safer in the more heavily infested areas.

When I say Master Surgeon, I mean a dead-shot with any rifle from Surgeon Rifles and when I say Scalpel, I mean their custom Tactical Rifle that bears that name.
Surgeon Rifles carries a wide range of fully customizable, long range rifles for those who’s idea of fun doesn’t include getting up close an personal with the Undead. Just find some high ground, stock up some extra Ammo and pick ‘em off one by one.

A good carbine is something any zombie survivalist would love to have slung to their shoulder when clearing a location, or moving though the tight urban ruins. Most carbines are chambered in the 5.56mm NATO round (the classic bullet used by the M-16), but in recent times many have felt in a carbine with the shortened barrel, the 5.56 doesn’t have the punch that it usually has when fired from a longer 24 inch barrel. Enter the 6.8mm Special Purpose Cartridge (SPC), delivering 44% more energy than a 5.56 NATO when fired from the same barrel length (16 inches), the six-eight gives you the power you need to put rounds through zombie skulls, even if you have to get through the wall in front of you first. The Bushmaster 6.8 SPC rifle uses a slightly modified magazine and upper receiver to allow you to fire the 6.8 SPC from a familiar weapon system (the M4/AR-15 framework), reducing your learning curve when the z’s pile up at your door. the Bushmaster 6.8 SPC has a 16 inch M4 profile barrel allowing you to move through cramped areas and still bring your weapon into play. Plus the 6.8mm gives you more power than the 5.56 NATO, but is still far more controllable than the 7.62mm fired from heavier rifles.

Since it’s going to be your most obvious accessory, make sure the rifle you choose is solid, reliable and suits your sense of style.
The Browning BAR Safari is arguably on of the sweetest looking hunting rifles available. The glossy walnut stock with the Blued Steel finish create the appearance of high quality while the rest of the gun follows suite. Gas-operated autoloader, multi-lug rotary bolt, detachable box magazine for quick reloading all make this big game rifle a mean, Zombie killing machine. It weighs in at about 7 or 8 lbs., depending on your choice of Caliber.

Selecting just the right rifle is a tough choice for any Zsurvivalist. You need something tough, reliable, easily maintained, and pack friendly. That’s why at Zprepared we’re always keeping an eye out for the perfect Undead protection firearm.

The Henry Repeating Arms U.S. Survival Rifle fits the description perfectly. This semi-automatic rifle is lightweight (only 2.5 lbs), compact (breaks down to fit 8″ of space) and as tough as they come. The small .22 rounds, both standard and high velocity, allows you to carry more ammo than its larger caliber cousins. It also can be broken down into 3 pieces where the barrel, action and two 8-round magazines fit into the waterproof stock for easy protection and transportation. It can be removed and re-assembled in 30 seconds with no tools when you’re in a pinch. If you’re looking for the security of a semi-auto rifle, without the bulk and weight of a full size firearm that can work as a primary or back-up rifle, this is definitely the choice for you. It doesn’t hurt either that you can pick one up for less than 300 bucks.

Available in Silver, Black or Camo
